If you change your plans, you can cancel your Audi on demand reservation up to 24 hours before the planned handover by logging into our online booking application. Yes, you can change the Audi model by simply deleting your existing booking and making a new one with the desired model. This is done under “my bookings” in your log in area on the Audi on demand website.

There are two different ways that you can receive and return your vehicle. The first method is via visiting our Audi on demand hub located at the Audi showroom at 281 Alexandra Rd, Singapore 159938. The second method is through our delivery service. Our Audi on demand concierge will deliver and retrieve your vehicle from your chosen location within Singapore.
The duration of the vehicle handover depends on how much detail you require about the vehicle from our concierge. Our concierge will give you a full tour of the vehicle in as much or as little detail as you desire. Do note that in addition to the introduction to the vehicle, the handover includes the driving license verification.

Audi on demand prices vary depending on model and usage period. All prices can be found on our website at www.sg.audiondemand.com. Any other costs involved in the process of delivering the vehicle to the customer or retrieval for return to next destination are also to be borne by the customer, these costs include fuel costs, parking and electronic road pricing.
The price of Audi on demand vehicle includes the vehicle rental and a comprehensive insurance package. If you required a child seat, please inform us prior to vehicle delivery and we will do our best to fulfill your requirements.
You can decide. You can either return your vehicle with a full tank of fuel or the Audi on demand team will fill it up for you. There will be no extra cost for this service; we will just invoice you for the cost of the fuel we have required to fill up.
It is possible to pay the Audi on demand service by credit or debit card. Based on your usage period you will receive an invoice after the completion of the drive.
Every Audi on demand vehicle is covered by a comprehensive 3rd party insurance policy. This is outlined in the rental agreement.
Yes, you can add one additional driver to your booking. In order to do so, please inform us via email at email@example.com. Please state your additional drivers full name and NRIP/PP number along with a photograph of the front and back of their driver's license. Additional drivers are also subjected to all Audi on demand's terms and conditions as well as legal agreements.
Your safety is our primary concern, so please drive carefully when using our Audi on demand service. If an accident does happen please try to stay calm and follow the following procedures depending on the severity of the accident. For accidents involving personal injury: 1. Switch on the hazard warning lights and secure the accident scene if necessary. 2. Call emergency number 999, administer first aid as required and inform the relevant emergency services. For pure material damage: 1. Switch on the hazard warning lights and secure the accident scene if necessary. 2. Look around to see if there are any witnesses and take photographs of the damage if you have a camera on hand. 3. Never admit liability at the accident scene. 4. Note down the insurance details of the other party. 5. Fill out the damage report (in the vehicle wallet). 6. If you have any doubts about the vehicle’s roadworthiness, inform Audi on demand team during on (+65) 6690 0280. Otherwise, report the damage when you return the vehicle at the latest.
